probably not as the b and e bodies have different dimensions and the frame rails are probably not the same. maybe a frame shop could tell you if frame dimensions are the same. if they are then it may work
Is it the Transmission xmember your looking for (welded to the rockers) or the removable part of the xmember that has the actual tranny mount or the tortion bar xmember which mounts behind but to the trans xmember?
I do beleive the 73 & 74 Charger and up Charger/Cordoba's all have the ISO stuff. I'm NOT sure the Challenger had this as well, IF it didnt then the Xmembers will not be the same as there would be no mounts for the tortion bar xmember and the torsion bar anchors would be welded into the Trans xmember.
Notice I said IF, I say that because I dont know the 74 Challenger set up
Others should be able to chime in and correct me and give you better advice on the Challenger side of this
its the removable part with the actual mount on it. it bolts to the frame or where ever and the back of the transmission mounts onto it. thats all i really know about it.
The Torsion bar mount is behind the crossmember on the ISO B bodies. As far as I remember the actual crossmember that bolts onto the framework is the same. Do you own a Chally and have a Charger crossmember? If you do, crawl your butt under there and find out. Let us know the results.....
