Does anyone know if there is a clear coat that gives a dash the matte finish that matches the factory color. I has someone redo my dash and he used the gloss clearcoat. No point in trying to get him to fix it, he has crawled in a bottle. But anyway...

I hope im on the same page ,i painted the top of my dash with the factory black ,you really dont want anything shinny becausee you will have a glare in you eyes from the sun.

I have been completely re-painting the interior of my car in flat black...for clear I've been using the "2x Painter's Touch Clear Matte" from Home Depot...works great, coverage is awesome, and definitely covers in a flat appearance, no shine/gloss to it at all. At $20 for 6 cans, it's a great deal I think...here is the link.
