Are the two wings the same? Can they be swapped? Anyone know the dimensions or how to tell the difference between the two? Thanks guys and Happy New Year !!!!

I think they're different. More swept back on the bird and it looks like the uprights are thinner at the wing

completely different wings, not interchangeable

I found some specs online that said the Daytona wing is 17" high and the SB wing is 24" high. If you look at the back to back pics, there doesn't seem to be a 7" height differential between the 2. Could be an optical illusion because of the different angles with the Daytona more vertical.

again, complete different wing assemblies....'Bird wing is taller and more swept back, Daytona is more upright...they will not interchange

Maybe the wing itself is interchangeable?

Could be that the measurement is along the leading edge of the upright.

I was under the impression that the center wing section was the same width on both cars and made from the same aluminum extrusion and only the uprights were different.

Could be. Any members here who own one or the other be willing to measure?

my Daytona is 57.5" wide....

part numbers are different for the center section, thus the part is different also

A383- What measurement is that for? The top center section? Or the uprights? Is that an inside to inside or outside to outside measurement? Thanks.

The reason I asked was to figure out which of the two wings I have is the Daytona wing as neither was labeled and I sold the Daytona parts. So thanks to Satman and to A383Wing for the info that allowed me to figure it out. Based on the pics that showed the different angles and the length of the center section, I positively identified the Daytona wing. I took some additional measurements of the Daytona wing for anyone who might need them. The SB wing was still boxed, so I didn't take measurements of that. Thanks again guys.

Wing base- 17" front to back
Bottom width- ~65.25" outside of uprights at widest point (bases are curved)
Bottom width- ~60" inside of uprights
Top width- ~61" outside of uprights
Top width- ~59" inside of uprights
Center height- 22.5" to bottom of center section
