Dbpower jump starter

[old guys rule]

I have a DB power jump starter unit that's never been used. It was charged when new and his set for several years. Now it won't hold charge. Anyone had experience with these what am I missing?

As the old saying goes.. If you don't use it you lose it.. The internal batteries are no longer any good.
