OMG!!!
I hope it'sa 1st gen hem wit a 2 barrel:angryfire::thermal_oz:

If this is true and you say you want to help the poor old lady out why weren't you more truthful and give her more then she was asking? It's very possible that you could profit very well from this so why not do the right thing. Would you want someone to do this to your mother? Or maybe to your widowed wife when you are dead? Yea, when she sells that Taurus for $100 when it's really worth $250,000 because it's Turbo Coupe and it's the only one left in the world. Karma, goes a long way.
Maybe those cars are haunted :icon_axe: And the old man is pissed that you ripped off his loving wife :headbang: . There was an old Plymouth that went around killing people (Christine), that's probably a more belivable story then getting a Hemi "thingy" for less then junk prices.
Good Luck!
Unbelievable! I bet you the guy with the Road Runner accross the street is PISSED!
dude,,,,easy on the guy GEEEEEZUS.
maybe this IS karma at work here. im sure that TURNING HOME is a good dude and has done alot for many people over the years and THIS IS HIS PAYBACK. i know for one that I myself have been a good person to many many people...only to get a good swift punch in the face by those that i have helped and been good to. I wish that something would happen to me like this...then i would know for sure that WHAT COMES AROUND, GOES AROUND.
i congratulate him on this, and im sure that the little old lady knows what she is doing....and has a good feeling about TURNING HOME ....or else why would she give those cars away?
i would not say that her dead husband is turning in his grave, i say that he is thankful those cars are going to someone that knows about them and will take care of them and love them like he obviously did.
thats all i have to say about that !... CONGRATS TURNING HOME...:hello2:
Are you sure it's not a 72? Could be just 72 fenders on a 71. Good find though. Pics of the Hemi.?
It's nice to see a Mopar getting a second chance at life. Obviously it needs a tremendous amount of work, but it will have more hope of survival in your hands than on that trailer. Good luck on your resto journey, and i'm looking forward to the HEMI pics!
