Decode question

Can anyone decode a set of exhaust manifolds for me ? I was offered a set of "big block" manifolds with the following numbers; 3751071 and 3751068. I believe they are 72-74 or so BB Charger manifolds. I have not seen them yet, so cannot describe them . Guy says they look like the HP from 68-71. They have to be better than the 78 truck manifolds I have now. Anybody know for sure what these are ? Can you post pix ? Really appreciate this help, Don.

-1071 is 1973 B-body HP big block right side. 1068 is 73-74 HP big block left side. Sorry, I don't have pix. Yes, they should flow better than stock truck manifolds.
