Decoding a 1964 polara IBM card

Hi guys, I'm looking to see if anyone can help me with decoding the IBM card that I got emailed from Danielle at the historic society. I've looked in a bunch of spots in my car for the build sheet but no luck, and the fender tag is also missing. So just trying to find out as much information as I can. Thanks for any help.

maybe post it in the appropriate forum, now that you've introduced yourself
"sort of"
post a question in a section that covers the subject specifically
or general discussion forum maybe
this is just the welcome wagon, it's not a tech or Q&A section

I have a Windsor built 1964 Polara 4-door hardtop, optioned with the Canada-only Sport Package, giving it front bucket seats and full console. The 4-door hardtop was always the lowest production body style. A lot of B-body enthusiasts never realized these cars were produced, or seen one. Is your car a Canadian car, with 4 round gauge '64 Plymouth dash, or an American model with the long horizontal speedometer? Since you could get an IBM card for it, I assume it is U.S.A. car. I am the second owner of my Polara, and have owned it since 1980. I have researched these cars, and know a lot about them. Feel free to reach out to me with a PM. Pictures of my Polara.
