Details on 1969 Charger

Hello everyone!

I am a new owner of a 1969 Dodge Charger. This is also my first time posting on any forum, ever.. so bare with me here. I recently made the purchase and waiting for the car to get to me in Kuwait. I've got a few questions regarding the car's originality. So I've been through the cars fender tag codes and the specs match up. However, can anyone confirm if the cloth inserts on the seats were something that came from factory? I haven't seen another picture of a 69 charger with the same seats. Also, Ive uploaded a photo of the fender tags in hopes that anyone can identify the cars exact transmission. I know it's a 3 speed but I'm not sure of the exact model; the reason I need to know is I want to order some rear Wilwood disc brakes, and can't measure the axle flange offset while it's overseas. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me out!

I have never seen the cloth option so thinking it was an add on. Sweet car by the way. Looks pretty damn original!

I can't help with the seats. I remembering seeing a pattern like that on our old '72 Chrysler Newport. LoL

Never seen that style seat cover in any 68-70 B body Mopar. What do the fronts look like?

You’ve never seen another 69 charger with seats like that because they never came from the factory like that. Someone probably used whatever green fabric they had to replaced ripped/ cracked vinyl.

Don't know about 69 Chargers but my dad had a couple of C-bodies that had them.

Somebody didn't like the feel of vinyl and had the inserts replaced. Seen it many times. Vinyl is sticky, slippery, cold, hot... lot's of reasons to replace new material. As a kid, I didn't care for my Aunt's clear seat covers on her Nash. Kept the seats nice, though.

Assuming it comes with discs in front, I wouldn't get excited about rear discs before I got the car. It will slow down and stop just fine.
