Two of my daughters got together and made a reservation for the corvette museum in bowling Green Kentucky for a daddy daughter’s date. Plus dinner.
We went through the Corvette museum in October. Very enjoyable. Just up the road is a nice little place that has lots of cars to look at and are for sale. They had a 426 wedge C body that I wanted pretty bad
Dial back timing light, cordless impact and ratchets, Minelab Manticore Metal Detector and accessories, a lot of misc small things, Wife got jewelry, perfume, ceramic pots/pans she wanted and accessories, Samsung Galaxy smart watch, clothes etc etc. We spoil each other all year round but she loves opening gifts on Christmas, it her holiday to shine, tons of decorations, over 400 Nutcrackers up to 7' tall, 8 Christmas trees this year. We have a lot of fun this time of year, and we also spoiled the Grandkids.
my youngest son bought 3 of the $10 scratch off lotterry tickets, i call them rip offs instead, but I'll be dammed, I won $50, my other son won $50 also and my wife won $500. Can't believe it. I won $20 about 35 years ago and thats the most I've ever won on that crap.

Not as hateful as I expected. I figured as hard as it is to get insurance to approve one, it would have a comma in the price.
I have shows here tonight (12/27) and 31st (new years eve). I fly back to Miami for 3 months, on Jan 1st. I found a place who could do the MRI for $265, but it was a 1.2t and would be on Dec 30. No time to evaluate before I leave. Ended up with a 3.0t (highest resolution, good since I have a titanium rod in that leg) yesterday for $493. And I have an appt on the 30th with one of the best orthos in the area to evaluate and hopefully put together a PT regimen for me.
As it is, I get up in the morning and that knee is locked solid. I do between 3-5 miles on the elliptical (or, in Miami, 10 miles on the mountain bike since the weather is nice), so I can actually walk. By the end of the day it feels....ok. And is useful. But next morning...back to frozen solid. Lather, rinse, repeat.
I'm over it.
