Looking for the Holley 97 or Holley 32 divorced choke for my Holley 4160. I'm not 100% sure which one is correct for my 383 HP, but based on what I've found so far, it should be one of those. I believe it should sit IN the well vs be a bubble above.

It is none of the chokes in your photos. Those are 6bbl chokes

Do you have a picture/number of what it should be? That is from David Wise's judging manual. I'd be super interested in seeing a real 1970 383 HP with original choke if anyone has one.

Yes need a few minutes to dig it out.
No numbers, says Holley on it, short rod compared to a carter choke for AVS.

I wonder if it would fit. I have a couple that "bulge up" but hit/interfere with the carburetor.

If it's for sale, I'd be curious on price and the size (width/length/height) of the bulge as well as the distance of the bulge from the flat side (see pic below).

Would still love to see a pic of a 1970 383 HP (4 barrel holley) with a choke installed.

Ross I think you need to post the one you have. I think you need the flat one. this is my Bee with 6 pack. yes I went outside for you. :poke:

I appreciate you braving the cold! I think it should be the "flat" one as well - Holley #32 or 97. I just don't understand why those are typically specified for six-pack and they don't mention 383 HP.

You need to measure for height of rod
This is the closest one I have. It hits in the carburetor so I can't get the screws in That's why I think the flat one shown in my first pic (Holley #32 or #97) as shown in David Wise's book would work best.
