Hi Mopar family, I need some advice on pricing my car. It is a 1964 Dodge Polara, 440cui in Nascar style. The car is in nice condition, paint and interior are good, has a new Borgenson steering, electric fan, power brakes, long pipes, 3” custom exhaust with flowmaster 10, qa1 shocks, hotchkis torsion bars, hellwig stabilizers and new firmfeel leaf springs, new battery, etc.. see photo. thanks for the tips!

Cool car.......... It's not mainstream so finding interested buyers will be harder. In the right setting it might sell for $50,000+, like at a collector car auction. I think that $30,000+ is a more realistic price though.

I don’t see a roll cage so I assume the interior is stock restored? Is all the lettering and markings vinyl so they could be removed? All this could make a difference.

Yes, the interior is largely original, only what was necessary was repaired. And yes, the stickers are vinyl, so removing them shouldn't be a problem.

Don't know about value, but that is one nice looking car. I think if the stickers would come off with no witness marks on the paint, you will get more money for it. Just my opinion of course.

The paint should be polished, but I understand that stickers are too much for some

I would agree with @toolmanmike . I paid $20k for my 64 Polara convertible, one-owner, completely stock and original (no hood scoops), 383/727. Yours is worth more for sure. I think $40k would be hard to pull. Not knowing how much you're into it, if it were mine I might start around $35k to gauge interest with a target around $30k. This is based on a USA location - I'm not sure about car values in the Czech Republic. I don't think I'd remove the stickers up front, but advertise that they can be removed. That car will definitely appeal to some the way it sits. Best of luck to you Jiri!

I'm ready to polish my red paint. I'm hoping for good results.

Edit: The new owner could pull the stickers and replace the wheels with some Cragar's and have a real nice car. (not that it isn't already. No stickers may be more popular) That would be of interest to more buyers and may be bring closer to that $35,000+ mark. 64 Dodges are so popular now days. 1 of 100 may like the stickers. 90 out of 100 would love to drive this.

The last 2 are asking prices by a dealer.

Watch the first one and see where it gets bid to.
Also a dealer, but you can see the interest level, and whether or not it "sells".
Be sure to check back and see if it gets listed again.
