I'm taking about the chrome strip that runs between wheels on the lower body panel? I see it on some cars and not on some

Also Mine looks like it has holes to mount the luggage rack. How expensive are they?

Looking through my Mopar History book, I didn't find any 69 RT/SE with the lower chrome strip. I did see it both with and without on the 69 Charger 500. It looks like it became standard trim in 71. I'm willing to bet it was available as a trim package on the 69 RT/SE. Almost all of the SE package was interior. Can't help with the luggage rack as nothing is mentioned about it. Rod A.

Your fender tag should have that info. If not there, your build sheet.
I also have a photo of Daytona's being delivered which have this trim, so it's not specific to any certain trim level of charger.

The M25 Wide Sill Molding option was a stand alone option and not included in any option package.

IIRC someone was reproducing the luggage racks a while back. Decent originals are pretty hard to find and command a premium
