Does anyone know how to restore Rear window main track roller assy

My 69 Charger rear window main track roller guild rollers don't roll at all. does anyone know how to take apart and restore? Do you have to drill out the rivets that hold the spring clip on to dis assemble them? Thanks

Have you tried the good ole penetrating oil or wd40? My 2 cents Stu
