Don't miss it. Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals.

I got a picture capturing most of your display!

Finally finished sorting and editing my pictures from the big show. Since I work there I have trouble actually getting around and seeing everything, so if I missed someone’s car I probably just didn’t see it in my bouncing around the convention center for 4 days! I first volunteered to work the show years ago mostly so I could get pictures after hours and during setup, but ironically now I’m working 40+ hours there each year and don’t get a chance to see a lot of the show!

Setup days:
MCACN Setup Days 11-20 & 11-21-25

The Show:
MCACN Show 11-22 & 11-23-25

Wow! What a great photo journal! thank you much for the effort and for sharing!

Jeff

GREAT show and ANY and EVERY car guy / girl should attend this show AT LEAST once. More than once if able.

And yes, that Red 1962 Dodge was an OUTSTANDING car in person. Easily one of my favorites of the show

Traveling partner was very cool as well. Dandy Dick Laney’s car. Super cool.

Not to take away from your awesome original '62 Dart or the original Landy AWB, here are some pictures of 2 of my buddies' cars. Of course, they are clones, but purchased for much less than originals, and likely less than the cost of building them. They are having fun with them, driving them to shows and on cruises. Only the older guys (like me) know what they are looking at. The guy that bought the AWB clone is about my son's age, so it nice to see a younger generation guy "getting it". He also just last week completed a deal on a very nice '64 Plymouth Savoy A990 clone, powered by a 605" aluminium Hemi. Pictures when I get them.

Looking forward to the Hemi photos! Beautiful cars all of the above. Love the hood scoop on the 62 Darts. Should have been a factory option!!

To clarify, most of the cars at MCACN have never been in the show before, but cars sometimes have been shown 2 times over the years. That is sort of the rule, though exceptions are made to that if a previously shown car fits in with a special feature.
The B5 hemi 69 Coronet vert, the F6 hemi Coronet 69 Vert, and gold pace car hemi GTX vert and probably some others in that feature have been in previous MCACNs for example.
My 70 Challenger convertible with its 11-24 SBD was in last years show celebrating its 55th birthday there after celebrating its 50th at the show in 2019!
Coolest thing is when a car is shown in barn finds, then comes back to MCACN a few years later for its debut fully restored!

Congrats to you both PLMHEMI & fullmetaljacket!! It really is quite an accomplishment. I've added some photos of what anyone can expect on Judgement day. Almost a full vehicle colonoscopy with 6 pages of checklist items! I found the judges to be very fair and honest about the vehicles. They actually found stuff that you would not see or even think of (great learning experience!). All this and the lighting in that place really shows everything and I mean everything. Lots of flaws come to life that you never see outside or in the garage, it was eye opening!

Anyway here are the photos, and a couple with my supporters. We did score a 992 out of 1000 for 99.2% and a Day 2 Triple Star award and Gold Certifide. It was a great time and we wre very happy with the results for being fisrt time showed and our first time to display at MCACN!

Anyone who is sitting on the fence about displaying next year I would say go for it! And if I can help in anyway with questions/suggestions more than happy to help!

Congratulations, Jeff. Well deserved. My first Mopar, in 1967, was a '62 Dart 2-door sedan. I swapped the 313, 3-speed for a 383, 4-speed.

JP. Your car was awesome and sounded the part too. I especially loved your day two applications/modifications. The Traction Action bars are gold nuggets. I will try and link some footage of it exiting the transport rig. I have a few angles. You weren't even there, 5:30 AM but I eye spied it all for you. It was in good hands with white gloves.

Thank you FMJ! It was a great show and a pleasure meeting you! Your display was awesome and very artistic I must say!
