70 charger going to have the shop install the doors when painted but some how missing bolts. I believe there is 11 bolts per side. The big washer bolts are installed from inside the car to hinge is this correct? I only found 4 big and 10 small.

The large washer bolts are installed on the inside/outside areas covering the non threaded, square holes.
These had a weathertight, sealant under the washer, on some cars looking like foam on some others rubber. This helps to seals the kick panel areas against water entering from the outside,
The Factory Service Manual, section on door replacement has an illustration showing the proper bolt locations.
