Door Jamb mystery sticker

Found on the 72 Charger, was this factory or something a previous owner did? This is on the driver's side.

Probably a dealer oil change sticker. I have a repro sticker there on my Bee... but no picture on my phone.

Repro sticker? Surely not of the dealer oil change sticker?

I had a ton of service stickers down the outside of the door jamb. The first owner must have been good about servicing it.
