My name is Jay & I have been in love with the 1968 Charger since I was 13 yrs old. My uncle, who was an avowed car guy but exclusively a corvette man, introduced me to Bullitt. I know everyone goes Gaga over the Stang, but I saw the 68 R/T 440 & it was over. I will be 50 in June. On Friday, I was able to realize a 36+ yr old dream. I flew to Vegas & purchased:
1968 Dodge Charger: Metallic Gunmetal Grey (originally “Sable White” W1 paint code) with Blue Vinyl Interior, Original, numbers matching & rebuilt 383 cu inch “Magnum” V8 w/ 4 Barrel Carbs & 4 speed Manual Transmission with Hurst shifter, Headrests, Console, Power Steering, Power Brakes, 15” original (vintage) American Racing Wheels
Northern CA/LV car. No accidents, all original sheet metal car. 1 owner since new in October of 1967. He passed away in November of last year & his family sold the car to Mike @ Classic Cars Las Vegas.
