Not looking for date, just looking for proper operation and correct cap. It seems the Chinese ones perhaps have a different bore size which affects brake feel/application

My Chinese replacement from Rockauto had the same bore. But your correct the cap and bolt are wrong.

Ok I have one that would need restored from a 68 I am parting.. Can check its condition afterwork..
