My wife's 2020 R/T hemi awd. She loves it, fast and fun to drive! She's got around 40,000 miles on it now with no problems.

Considering replacing her 22 Grand Cherokee L due to problems and dealer keeps charging me for updates and diagnostic time for no repairs... most disappointing vehicle I’ve ever owned. Another trip again same issues .. lights coming on, dash goes to metric and Italian, crash system goes nuts light stays on dash and no fixes... Really sad dealer won’t even call to say hey thru out the day just another 230$ for nothing. 3rd time on the same issue not including replacing crap out of round Bridgestone tires to get rid of thumping sounds with low miles.
Update Wife went to take it for a drive not 24 hours after getting it back and it’s right back on again same thing to the tee. I’m going to put a call in to Jeep cares Monday if you peek online it’s a problem.. they can have this thing back! Get me and older non Stellantis made Chrysler product.

Mother in Law went through similar, but it would also kill the battery after while.
It was the rubber seal on the drivers door handle. Water shorted out the entire vehicle. 7 months of trips to the dealer, at one point it was there for 3 weeks and the detailing boy found it when he took it through the car wash because it had been sitting there so long.
She dumped it too.

Yall are going to flame me, but if you want something reliable, get a Toyota. I put my wife in a new 2021 4 Runner limited. I haven’t bought a new car in 40 years. I made an exception for her. I bought her this as the last vehicle she will need . She was 53 at the time.View attachment 1796149

They need to help their customers I have 8 Mopar vehicles in my fleet excluding my kids and family...I’m not looking for special treatment but let’s fix it also take care of customers that have the problems.
