What are you running for brake pads on the 73 duster/dart brakes?

Got sick of the dust from the OEM pads, so I purchased a set of EBC ‘red stuff‘ pads. So far they seem much better!

During replacement my son informed me he needs “his own toolbox”.. oh boy.

How is the "bite" from the new pads?

I am running the EBC Red Stuff Ceramic pads front and rear with their dimpled and slotted rotors. You get a good growl and can feel the pads/rotors biting. Stopping is excellent, They are cleaner than most OEM pads but still getting a good amount of brake dust on the front. They are the cleanest that EBC makes for the street.

I agree, they seem to bite better if just a tad more pedal force needed. Breaking performance is much better though.
I am also running drilled and slotted rotors.
Not sure how clean they will be, but anything is better than those OEM pads.

I should also add that I really haven’t broke them in yet. Factory advises 500 - 1000 miles. I have nearly 100 miles on them. But already I can tell performance is noticeably improved.
