Dwell Degrees for a 1975 440

Hi,

I have the motor here: 1975 440 Stamping

What should the dwell be set at during idle with a Edelbrock 1406 600cfm carb?

Point gap is 0.017" correct?

Technically I think by 75 everything was electronic, but when they were using points, dwell was between 28-32 degrees. Gap is .017 or .018.

I use points too in 383 RR will not switch to electronic. It's part of having a vintage car.
