Did anybody make it to the Mopar show at Englishtown this past weekend?

On one of the modern mopar forums somebody posted some pictures from the pits...a very roomy and empty looking pits with hardly any old Mopars.

I guess the days of incredible Mopar shows at Englishtown are long gone. Been in Florida for 10 years now. Haven't attended one since the 90's. Back then that show was hopping. I guess it's a matter of less affordable old cars being around and more hardcore people are interested in the Nats event.

I think E-town may have jumped the shark back when they wanted show cars parking out in the grass/dirt field. That didn't go over well.

Any old timers remember the first years of the E-Town event? '88 or '89 was the first year if I remember correctly. I almost drove up this year for it. It's looking like I would have cried if I did.

Yea I was there on Sunday i think it will be my last year for This show it has been going in the dumper for the last several years ......in the past Ive meet Don garlets,Shirley Muldowney,Dick landy etc...we went every year for the wheel standers, drags, and of course alot of venders and cars but it seems like those days are over If i want to see new challengers and chargers ill go to my local dealer and save the 15$ a head
