I have a new set of ears that were machined out by an old racer I met on FB.
He used to sell them and this happened to be his last set. If youre interested.

I've used bot. The 2 piece tend to leak coolant as they can pivot around the water pump bolts. One piece is much better.

I am on my second set of two piece ears, cause they were easy for me to make. If I were to do it again, I would definitely go with the one piece from Andy F.
Edit: electrolysis ate up the water pump area, causing the second set to be made. (Only aluminum in cooling system) Now with aluminum radiator, waterpump and housing, no worries.
