just sayin.......

i listed an extra Rebel Machine wheel for sale a few days ago....... if I type the EXACT title of my ad into the search, I get page after page after mother effing page of aftermarket wheels and wheel cylinders.......this comes under "best match"........

I've searched it 10 different ways........ it does have 3 watchers and about 60 views over a few days, but I don't know how anyone is finding it....... it should be the first thing to pop up!......

All those other ads are popping up because those sellers have filled up their ads with keywords that are the same as the ones in your title. Try doing your search on title only and not title and description.
 
Ebay has changed alot. They are changing title placements to catagories that i never knew existed. I stopped selling for that reason. Also do you know you get 10 free linsertions free. Until you sell something then you get poked up the *** with high fees.
 
i dare anyone to pretend they need a wheel for a Rebel Machine and search it........ please let me know if you find it........ maybe i'm just an asshole, actually, I'm sure of it!
 
i probably have the only rebel machine wheel on ebay and all i see is aftermarket wheels, wheel cylinders, wheel studs, hot wheels, ect, page after page........best match my ***
 
I searched for 1970 AMC Rebel Machine Wheel, it was the first listing. I took off 1970 AMC and it was the second listing. :rolleyes:

I agree I've bought and sold stuff on ebay for over 15 years and it has become less user friendly when ya'd think the opposite should be the case. I'm confident this fully is by their design as they have a big crowd and no fear of not enough biz. I got zinged recently after having a 100% reputation when a shithead buyer filed a complaint because he got 9 parts in his order instead of 10. In fact I found out about his complaint (he told me) when contacting him within 48 hours of shipping with my apologies saying the 10th part was on its way when I saw the part I had missed shipping. So the guy files a complaint without just telling me he didn't get the entire order first? Then ebay puts a dent in my record w/o asking for some explanation??? After 15 years of a perfect standing and no vivid alert or notice? And try to reach a live person at ebay! Not sure there are any...either robots or aliens.
 
I hate how that works now but still hate auto correct on the cell phone I type a text then hit send and what I typed is not there it is something else then you feel like a nut case , type a text to a female doctor and then after a while I read it I **** my self I had to called her and apologize to her ,but her husband had read it and busted a nut talk about feeling like an *** :( same thing goes on craigslist you type a specific subject and get tons of non related items
 
ebay sucks anyway, just not as bad as it did an hour ago.......... :soapbox:

I had something else listed and removed it last night.......... woke up to a "threatening" email from ebay about selling outside of ebay, which didn't happen....... then couldn't find my wheel in a search, thought they were phukking with me
 
They seem to be able to let ya know this right away huh...but when it comes time to talk to someone there or resolve a problem...a different story
