Have you checked out the 440Source offerings for the BBM?
You just might find a great candidate in that category, both in price & performance…….

440 Source is about 1/2 the price for basically the same intake with some performance mods.

Several dyno tests have been done between the RPM and the 440 source intake same day same engine. Edelbrock has a cleaner casting and had higher performance. You might be able to spend time cleaning up the 440 intake and port match it to eliminate core shift and casting roughness. Mopar connection magazine is one example of the intake not sealing properly and they had a 12hp difference.
