Electric fans, pushers / pullers both?

Is there any advantage to have a pusher and a puller electric fan? What would be better? Right now I have a 14" electric fan set up to push mounted in the front of the radiator. The temps seems to hover around 180 but we are still breaking it in, only 10 miles or so on the motor. What are the advantages / disadvantage to having both or is an inside pulled just better?

Pullers generally work better than a pusher. That said though, see how yours does when you get some miles on before considering a change. If its running at 180 degrees there is no sense in fixing something that isn't broken.
