Electrical problems

1969 Dodge Superbee. My Temp and fuel gauges and instrument cluster lights do not work and I have no power at the fuse block at that terminal. Question is where does the power come from to the fuse block for the instuments and dash lights?

Most likely the back of the ammeter gauge.. Pull the dash and check the voltage on the backside it will be come obvious where the wires are then...
