No. Lynch Road built B bodies in '69. I don't know what the displacement is but it's out of a Belvedere based car such as a Satellite-Road Runner-GTX

its a 383 HP

Meaning it's from a car without A/C.

That leaves us a Belvedere-Satellite-Sports Satellite or Road Runner four speed car (Is the crank still there? Is it drilled for a four speed?)
or Road Runner with automatic transmission.
