Wouldn't we all (or at least ... just me)? ;-) As I said in my intro, it will be 3-4 years before I get to my '68 GTX but at least I have it up and running.
i bought almost all of my good mopars back when they were affordable.. i wouldnt be able to touch any of my current mopars now...
I hear that. I've had mine for several years now. I am now just getting to my newest - a '35 Plymouth coupe (purchased 4 years ago). Since the GTX is up and running and decent looking, I wanted to get into the '35 before tackling it (the GTX). I have been collecting parts for it for the past 10+ years though.
$50 back then was just buying a10 year old rusty Plymouth that was stripped. The guy I bought it from thought he was getting the better end of the deal. Gary67, you from Jersey Shore Pa?
I had one of those Yanked the 318/904 and stuffed in a 440+6 and left the A/C, P/S and P/B hooked up. HEAVY so-n-so
