it kind of looks like one Mark from GYC's picked up in Oregon
back in the 1st season, probably not the same car,
but it was repainted V2 Ply/Dodge Hemi Orange over the Moulin Rouge/Panther Pink too....
 
If it's a real deal it just adds to the fun of this hobby.

My recall from those days was--You want pink? buy something from the 1970 issue cars.
A 69 car -with factory pink- would be as "special" as the color.--sorta like--not-

I was very in tune at the time and the pink color came into view late in 69 and was for 70 cars.
If one got by it is indeed news worthy for the record.

i totally remember this car, it belong to the CEO of Pepto-bismol Special Order.
