fender dog legs are they all the same?

I believe all the bottoms are but are the tops the same. My upper has some rot and want to replace. 70 charger thanks Dave

If that is the only bad spot, I would be inclined to just repair that section on yours.

Just cut it out, make a cardboard pattern from a cereal box from what you remove and make the part you need from 18 gauge, weld it back in.
