First time going to restaurants since a decade or more ago

I just started back up in 2020. Around 3-5 percent id go and eat out side the house since 2020 into my entire life since I was born.

I never liked going anywhere.

I finally started going almost every week to at least once a month out to eat with my dad since 2020-2021.

I really enjoy it because my confidence has built up since working in the shop and building a truck and challenger and helping clean up motors and buying thousands of dollars and really learning a lot…

Focus and determination are key. Make sure you spend as much time as possible with your Dad. Ask him questions about when he was growing up with his family and friends.
