Maybe a seller error and just a Sebring. Rallye cluster standard on plus.

VIN will tell you if it's a Plus or not. RP................................. P is for Premium, Sebring Plus was the premium model

Sorry for the slow response never saw the tag… I do know him. He raced a Vega in Super Gas, Super Stock Camaro and had a blue Super stock 70 440-6 Challenger that a friend bought and raced for awhile...
