I have located a factory TX9 383, 4bbl, floor shift 3 speed. I've never heard of one let alone seen one. But I know where it is.

Need a price and location to advertise, and preferably some pictures to assist potential buyers.I have located a factory EV2 383, 4bbl, console shift 3 speed. I've never heard of one let alone seen one. But I know where it is.
I'm sorry, I located this car, spoke with the owner, he says that he would sell. He has not committed to a price as yet. The car is located in Mount Sterling, KY.Need a price and location to advertise, and preferably some pictures to assist potential buyers.
True, 3 on the tree. This one is a console floor shift, not standard. Thanks anyway.yep, pics.
3 speed was the standard (no pun) transmission.
4 speed or auto was extra cost.
Hey Mofart, He says that he will take pictures tomorrow.lets see it, pics and price

Thanks for the knowlege, like I said I had never heard of one, now I know. Thanks to you and YY1. I guess that it is not such a big deal, sorry.YY1 was correct. The floor shifted 3 speed (code D13 on the fender tag) was standard with the 383. If you look at a 383 car's window sticker from 1971, you'll see the "3 speed manual floor shift transmission" listed under the standard equipment group. Stepping up to an automatic was a $229.35 option.

This is what he sent to me. The second image is an X Ray treatment to make the tag more readable.Should have it tomorrow, or sometime this week.
I understand check Post 7, I will remove this post or have the admin remove it. I have pushed the owner for a price, he will not commit, he says he just doesn't know how to price it. I will not make this mistake again.Cool car..
What's its condition? Running and driving? Rusty? More photos would be great and per forum rules a price must be posted. Thanks!
Hey kiwigtx, Can you delete this thread or move it to a "discovery" thread, I can't get this guy to give me a price, he says he doesn't know how to price it. I guess I posted this in the wrong forum.Need a price and location to advertise, and preferably some pictures to assist potential buyers.
