The seat backs on my front bench seats were removed when I got my 1970 Satellite Conv. I don't see what keeps them in place. Is there supposed to be a push nut or something under this cover? A picture of the correct hardware would be helpful.

The two machine threaded screws just go into the threaded holes in the seat back frame. Thats the plastic covers. Under the cover ther should be a pivot bolt on each side. At least 69 was like that.
My 70 satellite convertible had a push retainer like in the pic below to hold the seat back on.

What Paul b showed looks correct
Thanks for the replies. Is there a flat washer between the retainer and the seat back pivot arm?
My seats didn’t have an anything other than the push retainer if I remember correctly. My car is in storage until spring so I cant check it.
