Front brake conversion

You may have a set of rotors that haven't
been turned to their finished state. Happened
to me once. A quick trip to NAPA AP fixed
the problem.

Why it would be a thought to check the rotor tolerances with a calipers (pun here?) and maybe a dial indicator.

Well, someone got it right.
They came with shims installed.
I removed them and now all is well.
They were on so good that I didn't notice them.
