Front Suspension Kits

I've been a pst suspension parts supporter for a long time.. My wife and i are in the process of rebuilding our 72 dodge coronets front end and has decided to do some shopping around. At rock auto, we priced the same parts that's in a pst super kit (rubber)... Choosing to go with the moog brand, we found a saving of 95.00 with a name brand product. My concern in the past with a pst kit, is you don't know what brand you are getting.... Am i off base to think moog is a more reputable brand than others. It's not personal... It's quality & dollars and cents to us.... What do you think ?

I don't think so, I personally went with the complete energy suspension kit for my 72 Plumouth Satellite Sebring. Moog is a very good brand in my eyes, been around a long time and is know for Nascar. But like everything it's just money and preference.

I don't think there is a clear leader for quality name brand anymore. Even MOOG has had quality issues and gone downhill over the years. Even Moog has their own "budget" brand/line of parts. I went with a mix of Moog, mevoech, Raybestos, AC Delco, and Quick Steer.

Moog is good I would get all the hard parts from them and go with the energy suspensions poly package... I like the poly over the rubber.... the boots for the torsion bars are a pain and use their grease on everything liberally...
