Front suspension wiggle

Only thing left is to make sure no up and down movement.

Sounds like you've got it solved...
You guys are the best. I absolutely cherish this site. Everything is much better. I changed idler arm (and put in a new inner tie rod cuz it was only $18 and my old one had some funky threads). The idler arm fit snug with no up and down movement at all and pivoted very easily. The only complication was I couldn't use any washers with the idler arm, even the one Moog included. There was no gap at all, and I didn't want to bend the K frame tabs. I don't think that's a big deal. Maybe the washers prevent the long sleeve from wearing on the K frame tabs but I can't see that happening. They are not moving anywhere. The 3 o'clock-9 o'clock tire wiggle is almost completely gone, just a teeny movement. And the front end rattle on that side is gone. Unfortunately now I can hear a different quieter rattle on the driver side :). But it drives/steers much smoother and quieter. I actually tried to hit some really small potholes/bumps in the road on my drive to see where I was at. Thanks again guys. I'm gonna make a $50 donation to the site. The site and the members have helped me so many times over the years. It's really the least I can do.
