fuel line size 440

Hi

What fuel line diameter is used for 1969 444

from fuel pump to vap separator and from vapor separator to carb

Is it 3/8" or 5/6"

There are also KV reproductions rubber lines

The 3/8" lines have KV printed on them with dashes and the 5/16" lines have just KV printed on them

depends on the car,
with a factory installed, a 440 4bbl 375hp 68-70 (or 69.5 390hp 6bbl)
I assume they would all have the
3/8" sending unit & hoses/steel tubing
IIRC the performance cars had it in that size
RoadRunner, Charger R/T, Coronet R/T, Super Bee, GTX
the vapor line/return going back, should be 1/4" (IIRC)

From what I recall, Hemi and 440 4 speed cars got the 3/8" line from tank to pump with 1/4" return. I believe from the fuel pump to the separator and carbs got 5/16" lines.
