Hey guys...

Have a couple of fuel system questions was hoping could get some advice on.

1. I need a new fuel sender unit for my 73 Clone Runner. It currently has a 318, but I will be swapping in a 360 at some point, which is planned to run about 425/430 hp. Do I need to upgrade to the 3/8 fuel sender & lines? Or should I stay with the stock 5/16?

2. I am replacing the gas tank, but I can't seem to find a replacement for the vapor canister (at least that's what I think it is). It's the box that has the 4 hoses coming off the tank. Does anyone know where I might find a new one or if there are other alternatives?

Thanks.

If you are replacing the sending unit anyway, it wouldn't hurt anything to put the bigger one on, unless it will be a fitment issue regarding the other hoses and lines. Bigger lines are recommended for bigger engines. It's not going to draw any more fuel than it needs.

I don't know much about the evap system, sorry.
