You'll have to watch the Super Bee episode to believe it. The sad part is during the sequence about the cylinder heads having damage. I didn't record it, so I can't quote it exactly. But when the host tells us the engine suffered from a floated valve, the blurb on the screen informed us that a float valve was a mechanical device used in hydraulic controls. Or something of that sort. Editor should be flogged. As Jack Paar said, I kid you not !

I recorded it and havent watched yet. Anyone see the All Girl's Garage episodes where they do a sleeper Barracuda?

Great episode, I would go with owner error on the pushrod.. Least amount of work I have seen them do..

Yeah, that was a hilarious goof on the production end. These shows are a lot of scripted nonsense most of the time, but what I like about this show is that they actually seem to be doing the work in the person's garage with no lift or other expensive tools a lot of us don't have. Makes it more interesting.

I liked seeing them do a B-Body
editors/film cutters or the production staff
are no doubt not mechanically inclined...

I liked the build, cool 69 Super Bee,
383 4bbl, day 2 build, black interior, non #'s matching in
Rally Green...

I saw the All Girls Garage Episode mentioned too
I'd have gotten rid of most of the rust on the Sleeper `cuda
& used a Holley or EFI instead of the Edelbrock Performer carb,
on that build...

Did anyone notice that they blurred the house numbers at the start of the show and didn't at the end.

It's OK, but not great. Bruno is on probably five other car shows, and he isn't too bad. The girl looks great and knows a few things. The old fart that is the electrician and upholstery guy is a bit of a PITA. All of these cars are within maybe two hours of Chicago.

On that Bee, what left me unimpressed was the black-out "GM" underhood paint job. Nasty. They did the car as the guy pretty much wanted it, and that's good. Hey, it's one more car back on the road after 30 years of neglect, right?

I have had bad pushrods where there was no other damage at all. It can happen.
