gas guage unit resistance spec

my 67 belvedere gas gauge is reading 1/4 full at empty,
does any body know the spec for the unit in tank

73 ohms empty 23.5 half and 10 full

Full 9.64 Ohms +/- 1 Ohms
Empty 73 Ohms +/- 12 Ohms
as per specs.
