Gotta love max wedges!
We were at a show here in SoCal last weekend parked next to a Mopar with a max wedge. It's always fun to listen to non-Mopar guys when they see a max wedge. Overheard last weekend: "Why are the carburetors offset like that?"
His buddy answered with, "Well, the cylinder banks are offset."
I tried to explain about the long crossover intake runners and increased torque, but after a couple of seconds all I saw was glazed-over eyes and total non-understanding.

What a superb variety of vehicles, Aarons Air. Nice pictures too! The Carpet Shoppe Wagon is one classic I’d like to look over in person. And the Convertible stick Dart is also eye candy. Thanks from the Chicago area........ haywire (geezers with pride) gwp
