GEN III Hemi Crate Package

Got a 70RR project, looking to see options on a GEN III 6.1/6.2 SRT8 Hemi / transmission package, looking for recommendations as to where to purchase. Any good engine/transmission packages out their to be had??

Any input would be appreciated.

Would like to find something new motor/tranny or if the price is right on a used low miles package with computer/harness. I have seen a few on ebay that were taken out of wrecked vehicles with various prices. I would like to get HP/TQ at least 500.

A stock setup would be fine, then I could add some nice bolt-on's.

6.1L are out of production so you will have a hard time finding new. However there are plenty of 6.4L 392 Hemi's we have them in stock and ready to ship.

470HP and 470TQ so with some bolt on you could get real close to your number goal.

Chrysler stopped making the 6.1 ? when did that happen? The 6.4's are still too much money yet!

Modern Muscle, Do you guys have a tuning package for the 2013 6.4 available? How can I turn of the MDS crap? I hear lots of noise about the timing chain failure being caused by MDS.

You can turn off MDS with a hand held tuner , but the crap you here about broken timing chain because of MDS is just that,,, Crap

I didnt know anything about the 6.1 being out of production, from what i have seen their are still plenty of them to be had and talking about price, the 6.1 is good. the 6.4 seems to be overpriced right now.
