This is exactly why we gave about 10 years worth of our 2 boys shoes/clothes/jackets from infant to age 10 minus some sentimental stuff. The Salvation Army gives this to people in need verses selling it like Goodwill. When I went there the guy said just put it in the container outback.. I went there and it was a little door I went in and asked him if he could open the side door he said why and I told him too much and too big to put in there. He was ecstatic when he saw an 8ft bed filled up with contactor bags up to back cab window ....The Salvation Army is the only charity that is not top heavy with management. Much more of your donations go to help people in need.
