John was setting and cutting a hole into a potato. His friend Bill asked, what are you doing cutting a hole in that potato. John responds, making a Halloween costume. Bill says, how in the hell is that going to make a costume. Johns says, I'm going to stick my penis in that hole in the potato and go as a dictator.
