Happy St Patty's Day to Ya All ! After a warm 60* morning yesterday, the Annual St P-Day came in Again. Windchill this morning was Below Zero, so No dog walkin' today. Since I've been a bachelor all winter, I'm trying my hand at my 1st corned beef & cabbage dinner, and it's looking good so far ???

Looking good to start. No corned beef and cabbage this year but I am planning Rubens, Colcannon potatoes, and roasted root vegetables. We aren't Irish but enjoy making a few ethnic dishes during their holidays.
