Seconded. I restored my non-AC heater box and reinstalled it many years ago. This summer, I removed and restored the instrument panel, installed LEDs, sorted out some wiring issues...and the heater fan control doesn't seem to be spinning up the blower motor. Low and Medium fan speed test OK with a test light at the dark green & brown wires, but the light green High speed doesn't light up. The motor does make a bit of sound on Medium, but only that. Not sure if it's the motor or not but I am not looking forward to pulling out the heater box again...

At least I think you can remove just the front plate to fix the squirrel cage, but the motor's on the firewall side...
