Will that require a new hood?

I would venture to say that it may be tough for that to fit under a stock hood unless it was a Six Pack style hood.

I love the thought of putting a modern engine, suspension & drivetrain into an old car while still keeping it stock in appearance, but unfortunately, the cost of creating that is far more than doing a 100 point restoration. Plus, when your done with it and want to sell, you're going to take a financial bloodbath.
