:sad6:I need to see where to drill holes for my gas pedel in my 69 b-body or can any one give me measurements of where to drill, we put in a new floor pan and body man trew away old pan. Also If any one has a pic of the trunk weatherstripping, mine was missing and now I am not sure how the new one goes in. I really apprecaite your help, this is the 3rd time I have asked. thank you! I'll be watching for a reply on this as well Clay....There was roofing tin, bondo and rivits where the hole's would have been on my old pan, so I have no clue either..
We just did this and it came out pretty good. It's best to have someone help you. Make sure to use 3M Gasket Adhesive that is fast drying otherwise you be there holding it down waiting for it to dry.
It took us about 15-20 minutes to complete. And we were taking our time.
There is a lip on the seal that goes down towards the inside of the trunk.
Here are some pix. Not sure if you can make it out but here you go.
This is going down to the bottom of the trunk to the lock.
The flat side of the gasket is at the edge of the water well or drip area.
It's hard to tell but the lip comes down on the edge.
